DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
No. I have nutrition guidelines for my clients to follow. For those clients who are a little more picky, I have multiple meal plans to follow. Nutrition is 80% of your fitness journey.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For home fitness I recommend having dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, jump ropes and other small items you can maintain a good fitness routine. I am qualified to write you a three day a week home fitness program.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
I built myself to be different. My gym is a small personal studio style gym that will make you feel comfortable when working out. You don't get the madness of the overly crowded larger fitness facilities at my establishment. With me you get detailed training and helpful tips with your programs. Your program is specific to your needs/goals. You will also get a new cheerleader. I will be your biggest cheerleader and seeing your succeed helps me!
